Consumer safety and San Francisco wrongful death attorney June P. Bashant has established a 24-year-reputation for her hard work representing individuals and families injured by the careless conduct and choices of others.
June is a partner with Rouda, Feder, Tietjen & McGuinn. She represents clients to secure financial stability after the loss of income and medical expenses that follow when a loved one is severely injured or killed by negligence. In 2022, June worked as lead counsel in a complex multi-plaintiff, cross-over collision that resulted in a settlement exceeding $15M for her clients. In 2023, June has continued to negotiate seven figure settlements in cases involving cycling collisions, a utility vehicle rollover incident, and the wrongful death of a crossing guard. Her practice focus is catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. June consistently works on a wide variety of cases ranging from premises liability, negligent security, product defects, pedestrian and bike collisions, trucking accidents, auto defects, elder abuse, and medical malpractice.
