Biography:
Talar "Tal" Guedikian completed her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice at California State University, Long Beach. Thereafter, she earned her paralegal certificate from Pasadena City College in 2010. Tal prides herself on having worked through the various positions at a firm, starting out as a receptionist and file clerk while working with a solo practitioner in the family law field. Upon receiving her certification, she began her career as a paralegal at Keller, Fishback & Jackson LLP and after about 5 years became the paralegal supervisor. Tal then gained approximately 10 years of experience on the defense side when she was a senior paralegal at Weston Herzog LLP representing large corporations and assisting on multiple trial teams, with successful results at each turn. Recently, Tal began as a senior litigation paralegal with Altair Law LLP and has been preparing for multiple trials anticipated to commence in early 2024. Additionally, Tal teaches two courses in the paralegal program at Pasadena City College, where she has been an adjunct instructor for 11 years. Tal is also very active within the Armenian community having served on multiple executive boards including the Armenian Youth Federation, and Armenian National Committee of America, Western Region, Glendale chapter.
