Darren Campbell is a founding partner at Aitken Campbell Heikaus Weaver. He is a premier plaintiff employment law attorney focusing primarily on claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, including claims under both federal and California laws, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, the California Family Rights Act, the Equal Pay Act, the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, and other labor and employment laws.
Mr. Campbell is active in multiple bar associations, including previously serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, American Association for Justice, Orange County Bar Association, and Celtic Bar Association. Mr. Campbell received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis King Hall School of Law in 2002, where he served as an articles editor of the U.C. Davis Law Review and was a founding contributor to the U.C. Davis Business Law Journal. He received his B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine in 1998.
