Yoshiaki C. Kubota has exclusively represented individuals for more than two decades in the areas of complex litigation, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, product liability and governmental tort liability. Mr. Kubota has tried in excess of 45 jury trials to conclusion. Mr. Kubota has developed extensive knowledge and experience in the area of litigation, case evaluation, trial practice and catastrophic injury. In 2011, Mr. Kubota served as President of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. He has also served on the Board of Directors of Consumer Attorneys of California. Mr. Kubota has also served as a Board of Director for the Banyard Inn of Court and is a Master Bencher. He has also served on the Board of the Japanese American Citizen League in Riverside from 1995 to 1997. In 2006, Mr. Kubota became a member of ABOTA and currently serves as the President of the Orange County Chapter of ABOTA. In 2023, Mr. Kubota was elected as a Trustee to the ABOTA Foundation Board of Trustees.
